David extended part of my fence and replaced part of the existing fence with a double gate. It was great working with someone that shows up when they are supposed to and does quality work. Job well done.

I'm an agent with Keller Williams Realty. When you entrust someone to do work on your home, you want good craftsmanship, reliability, honesty, integrity, and a fair price. That is the character of David Rice with 7X Home Services. He knocked on my door about 5 years ago to introduce himself. He has become one of my best friends since that time. You can rely on him to help you with the repairs and updates to your home.
