Recently trained at Mythic and I highly recommend it. Rudy, Miggy, and Conner were all extremely welcoming and introduced me to everyone. The vibe is really laid back but you get some really solid serious training here. They teach CLA, which is a massive plus for me, that's another reason I chose to train here. Rudy was teaching the class and his instructions were top notch plus when I asked questions he broken it down into very simple instructions. 10/10 would recommend.

Best gym in the area for BJJ. They use a constraints-led/Ecological approach to teach through constrained task based scenarios. Everyone at the gym is super nice and it's a great community. There is free parking in the lot just south of the building via the back entrance.

Best school I’ve ever been to! Different style of teaching that promotes fundamental growth over move learning. Gotta pop in for at least a week!
