2 weeks ago, I had the worst dental pain one could possibly bear and I was temporarily patched up by a dentist elsewhere. I found Smiles By Design here on Google, and this place is so professional with a capital "P." I was dreading the inevitable removal of a tooth but Dr. Lee and her staff made me feel so at ease and relaxed during the whole excavation. Thank you, Smiles by Design!

Thorough, Compassionate, Understanding.I found Smiles by Design after being seen at multiple dentists with either poor bedside manner, refusal to listen to the patient and lack of compassion. Completely frustrated, I began to look again for a dentist who would just listen. I found that with the team at Smiles by Design. From the moment I called and spoke with reception, my view was changed, my anxiety minimized, I was laughing and smiling prior to making the appt. They made sure I was comfortable and talked me through anything I didn't understand. I completed multiple appts without anxiety, pain or frustration. The best cleaning I've had in a very long time. Again, THOROUGH. I am finally able to smile with out covering it. And NOW, my autistic son is a patient because of the amount of patience, compassion and understanding. He was leary of the dentist as well, and he absolutely loves them!! I can't thank them enough for bringing our confidence back.
