CJ is very upfront and easy to deal with. I had one of his cars rented for Labor Day weekend- this would be the 4th time Ive dealt with CJ and Superior Exotics... So the previous renter had some issue with the car and per CJ he needed to bring it to get serviced before letting it go out again. Instead of just cancelling- CJ went out his way to retrieve his Porsche from NH so my "car date" could still be upheld. CJ was very easy to talk about the difference in cost between the two cars and allowed me to extend my booking to make up the difference (also offered refund in the same breath). His ability to work with me and create solutions is a prime indicator of his professionalism and willingness to go beyond for his customers. Best service in all of Boston!

I had a great experience renting from this business. Cj the owner was easy to work with and his cars are in great condition. The vehicle I rented was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and pickup and return were quick and hassle-free. The owner was professional, friendly, and made everything easy. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable car rental.
