Samantha is the best realtor we’ve ever met 😊. We flew in from Detroit in November looking to rent a home in Tampa. After contacting multiple realtors that all told us to sign up on their websites to get codes to rental houses and see the houses on our own, we were super fortunate to meet Samantha. Samantha offered to meet us in person near out hotel on a Saturday at 11:00 a.m. and showed us about 15 rental properties that entire day until 9:00 p.m. Sam answered all of our questions, and catered to our search criteria on the go as we changed our minds on what we wanted in a rental house after each house we saw. Despite the 10 hours that she spent with us providing detailed info, listening, and driving with us from house to house, her attitude was just as friendly and awesome at the last house as it was on the first house she showed us. The next day Sam also spent significant time with us on the phone helping us fill out the rental application online from Detroit on the house we chose, and then contacted the leasing agent eventually leading to us getting that house! We will recommend Samantha and her company to anyone we meet looking for great, friendly and accommodating realtor service in the Tampa area. Thank you so much Sam!
