Options on how to proceed with hearing aid options included. Also included a referral to a specialist to further test for inner ear damage potentially indicated by the in-house test results. Very professional and pleased with the service provide.

This is my first experience with hearing aids and I feel extremely fortunate to be making this journey with Hear in Texas. The entire staff is professional yet personable, and extremely helpful. Dr. Maggie is amazing. She was very thorough in explaining the process and options to me and genuinely cared that I understood the information that she was giving me. I never felt rushed and was actually surprised by the amount of time she spent with me given I was the last appointment of the day. I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience and would definitely recommend Hear in Texas to anyone without hesitation.
