1 of my hearing aids died Thursday, our first day of our 3 week stay in Texas, visiting from Va. I googled and found several NB audiologists who sell/service Oticon. The first 2 I called were closed on Friday. Then I called Hear in Texas. Their communication was kind and clear and they worked me in on Friday. When I arrived and waited in the office WR I observed their friendliness and attention to all. Mia checked and serviced both of my hearing aids and identified and corrected the problem. My only charge was a reasonable office visit charge. I was so impressed with this visit. I appreciate their efficiency, professionalism, and honesty.Thanks to you all.
