As someone who was very nervous buying a home Mike made sure I knew exactly what I was getting into and wrote up a detailed report in 24 hours. Mike is an amazing inspector, I'd choose him again and again for any home inspection. As a new homebuyer, I felt entirely comfortable with his insanely thorough report. I didn't have an agent present and he kept his findings discrete. He was personable, very funny and extremely professional.Mike told me everything he was looking at and why, and he gave me great guidance on maintenance, ways to remember what is a good sign and a bad sign for each aspect of the home. He also told me when some things were outside of his reach, such as a foundation crack that he seemed to know a decent amount on, but then recommended a professional would be better to evaluate. He even kept me updated on it's state when returning to pick up the radon sensor. He also doesn't do septic inspections but recommended the perfect addition for that as well.If you're running through a list of inspectors and don't know which one to choose, I strongly suggest Mike at Granite State Inspection Services.
