I recently used Mike for a general inspection on a condo that I'm buying, and he did a great job. He showed up early and got right to work. During the inspection, he explained anything he found and gave some advice on how to fix it since I said I'd be doing most of the work myself. He found a few things that would've gone unnoticed for years. It made the whole place feel a lot less opaque.He used a thermal imaging camera to scan the walls and ceiling to find any evidence of water damage. I found it really cool and specifically addressed my main concern I conveyed over the phone.The report I received from him was well laid out and included everything with photos, descriptions, and severity levels.I'll definitely be recommending him!
