Mike was absolutely fantastic. His level of thoroughness he brought to the inspection was next level! He used a drone to capture areas of the property that would otherwise be difficult to fully evaluate ensuring that no area went unchecked. It was clear that he didn’t miss a single inch of the home. That level of detail and commitment is incredibly reassuring, especially for a first time home buyer. Mike was knowledgeable, and extremely easy to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all questions, and gave someone with zero ownership experience a nice running start on how my heating and plumbing systems worked! Mike did a really solid job checking out the place and breaking everything down in a way that actually made sense.
