My girlfriend was really disappointed with the service. They broke an expensive table, and while mounting the TV, they damaged the frame, causing it to malfunction. We will be filing a claim. She tried explaining the situation to the owner, but they refused to listen. Even after breaking the TV, the installer wouldn't leave, and she had to pay him $100. Essentially, she paid $100 for someone to break her TV and not even mount it.

From the moment I explained the sheer volume of items I needed moved—nearly three bedrooms’ worth—I expected professionalism. Instead, what I got was a chaotic, uninsured disaster masquerading as a moving service. The gentleman showed up with two cargo vans, which initially seemed promising, but it quickly became clear that this operation was anything but legitimate.The lack of insurance was the first red flag, and it became painfully obvious why they’re cheaper than reputable companies. Any savings you think you’re getting will inevitably be spent replacing the items they destroy. Case in point: my marble desk, which now bears the scars of their carelessness. Not only did they break it, but there wasn’t even a hint of an apology, let alone an offer to fix or compensate for the damage.But the real kicker was the TV debacle. I hired one of their employees to hang my $2,000 television, and it’s clear this guy had no idea what he was doing. The so-called “professional” couldn’t even properly install spacers between the TV and the screws, resulting in a broken television. When I brought in another professional to assess the damage, they were appalled by the sloppy workmanship, confirming my suspicion that this individual had likely never hung a TV in his life. To add insult to injury, the guy had the audacity to demand payment after I had to buy an extractor drill to fix his catastrophic mistake. Unbelievable.To make matters worse, the company’s response to all of this was to dodge my calls and avoid taking any responsibility. I paid over $1,000 for this nightmare of a move, and all I have to show for it are broken belongings and a mountain of frustration.Let me be clear: this is not a moving company. This is a bootleg operation that preys on unsuspecting customers.

I hired Lorage’s guys to move some small appliances that another moving company left behind and everything was done efficiently. When it came time to move my belongings from my storage, I knew who to turn to. I had a fixed rate for their services, they moved all my items quickly but carefully, and most importantly they were professional and respectful! I have had other moves where the movers took breaks or disappeared on the clock, smelled like they had just smoked before arriving, broke things, stole things, or uncomfortably hit on me. This experience was nothing like any of those; I set the bar high and they exceeded my expectations.
