They have an awesome user-friendly online platform where you can log into your dashboard and clearly see your scheduled cleanings and costs, and make stress-free adjustments if needed. The pricing is very reasonable too.The customer service is fantastic! Representatives of the company are easy to reach if you have a question or concern and they follow up to make sure you’re satisfied.On your dashboard, you have the option to select the same cleaner for each service. The service is reliable, which gives me peace of mind because I’ve had cleaners not show up when I had plans to have people over. My house cleaner Alma is really sweet and I recommend her!

I hired Ideal to do a post construction cleanup, including windows. The team they sent did a poor job. Ideal called me to get immediate feedback. I told them I was very disappointed. Instead of making excuses, they insisted on fixing my disappointment and sent their most experienced cleaning crew within a few days at no charge. The second team did a wonderful job and had a great attitude. I felt compelled to tip them, though I was still a bit angry. I highly recommend this company because they stand behind their work and reputation. If their team does a poor job, they are quick to remedy and make amends. I am also sure they immediately retrain their people to avoid a repeat.

I spoke to a handful of local cleaning companies to do a deep clean of our home before the arrival of our baby. I haven’t been able to keep up with the house as much as I’d like due to a demanding work schedule, kids, and being so pregnant, so I was in search for a deep clean. Ideal gave me the best quote so I gave it a try. The people I spoke to were great. They asked specific questions to make sure my expectations were met. While I was bummed our original scheduled time had to be rescheduled, we still made it work. I was relieved I wasn’t on a time crunch and this cleaning was more of a “nice to have” service. The ladies came right on time and did a great job. They were sweet to our dog and were respectful about cleaning around me while I was working from home. The level of detail in the bathrooms was amazing. I didn’t realize how badly I had let it go until they showed me their work. I just hope I can maintain it! Haha! There are some spots here and there that I wish had a little more attention, but absolutely nothing to complain about. The amount they completed in two hours was outstanding. My pregnant body super appreciates all of the effort put into cleaning my home. Thank you!

Ideal Janitorial did a fantastic job with our move-in cleaning service. The two cleaners were efficient and thorough. The moment I walked through the door it smelled so fresh and clean—all ready for us to move in. We opted to add the refrigerator and oven cleaning and I’m so glad we did. The previous owners left the freezer pretty dirty, and I was so pleasantly surprised when I opened the freezer to find it spotless. They did a walk through with my husband after they were done to point out some of the areas they were not able to remove marks, stains, etc. I highly recommend hiring them to clean your place before moving in. Well worth the money.
