Alma was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this cleaning service. She did the impossible with a deep cleaning job that to most people would’ve been overwhelming. She’s got a heart of gold. All of the management is great! The price is very good compared to some of the other quotes that I got. The word janitorial in the name sounds institutional. My experience with Ideal Professional Cleaning Company was beyond my expectations. The duplex had been left unattended to for several months and these professionals brought the laminate flooring back to its natural condition and the 8 year old rug looks amazing. Ideal professional came through last minute for me . I had previously hired a cleaner to deep clean, took the day off even since I have a house dog and she canceled on me an hour before she was scheduled to come. Not wanting to waste the day off - I called ideal professional and to my surprise, they were they a bit more reasonable in price. Fortunately they were also available same day. The ladies cleaned the entire time and did a wonderful job on my deep clean. The home feelsnew and refreshed and I couldn’t be more pleased! All the customer service reps I spoke to were also very helpful and pleasant with this accommodation . Thank you for your great service.

This company is great! They took my referral the day before service was needed, called to go over exactly what was needed, and then made sure the service was filled while the company i used previously couldnt meet my schedule need. The cleaners that came were very friendly and efficient, taking my direction into account and asking questions if anything was unclear. The place looks fantastic after they were done!
