At the time, I was eating only 1,000 calories a day and couldn’t figure out why I wasn’t losing weight or gaining muscle. Deciding to contact John was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, and I haven’t looked back since. I started at 74 kilos, and while my weight hasn’t changed, my entire body has transformed. I’ve gained so much muscle, toned up in all the right places, and my glutes and quads have grown significantly! It sometimes doesn’t even feel like a PT session but rather training with a friend who knows what to do, more than I do! I can’t say enough about how thankful I am to have received the call that day because I had gone through a handful of PTs that just didn’t listen to my goals or pre-existing conditions, they just wanted the 45mins to be done and dusted, but not with John, he is flexible and I feel genuinely is invested in my success.
