I will say I’ve not had a great experience with Jay over the weekend. I offered 2 Louis Vuitton jackets for sale, whilst over the phone Jay kindly agreed to come back to me with pricing. Since the call he has been ignoring my calls / texts. I think it’s highly unprofessional to leave customers up in the air instead of simply saying we don’t want to purchase them. Because I deal with 1 person at a time, I lost another vendor willing to purchase. So quite disappointed in his customer service skills.
