Really happy with the results, cleaned and fixed 3 pairs of shoes that I just weren’t wearing due to being damaged. Now all 3 pairs are looking brand new and I can finally wear them with confidence again. Jay was such a nice guy and made the process easy, took a bit of time but it’s understandable due to the condition one of the pairs of trainers were in. Overall 10/10 will definitely be using his services again :)

I will say I’ve not had a great experience with Jay over the weekend. I offered 2 Louis Vuitton jackets for sale, whilst over the phone Jay kindly agreed to come back to me with pricing. Since the call he has been ignoring my calls / texts. I think it’s highly unprofessional to leave customers up in the air instead of simply saying we don’t want to purchase them. Because I deal with 1 person at a time, I lost another vendor willing to purchase. So quite disappointed in his customer service skills.

Had 2 pairs of designer shoes cleaned by LuxPlugDirect Restorations and I’ve never had a service like this done before and it’s fair to say that it’s something I will definitely be having done again!!I didn’t even think my shoes were that dirty… but when I say he gave them back and they looked new!!
