Unfortunately had a very poor experience today being served by a lady who was introduced to me as the pharmacist. Needed to buy 4 tubes of night time dry eye gel. I use about 4 a month. I’m diagnosed with this condition by a specialist and they’re very comfortable with the amount of gel I use. Upon trying to buy 4 for a prolonged trip abroad I was questioned (well more like the Spanish Inquisition) on why I needed so much. I explained we’re going on holiday and I would like to not run out. She wasn’t satisfied so pressed on. It was humiliating and deeply uncomfortable. Having any condition is tough and to be made to feel like you are not worth of your medication is just awful. I did mention my dissatisfaction to a younger member of staff who then processed the payment and she just replied with “well some pharmacists are better than others”. I’ve been a loyal member of singhs pharmacy since birth and this was just awful. I don’t think I could trust them with my business in future after this. I’m fine with a pharmacist doing there job and checking but asking several times “why? Just use one for 6 week. And you don’t need that many!” When I have explained the severity of my condition personally is just wrong. I would welcome chatting through this with someone more but as the younger member of staff just shrugged it off I don’t hold much hope. Very disappointing.

I had a very nice experience here purchasing some medicine for my ill baby. The woman who helped me was so friendly and sweet and was also able to confirm the correct medicine and dosage for me to use which gave me such peace of mind. What a lovely experience during an otherwise stressful situation!

I can’t recommend this pharmacy highly enough. I used the well women premier blood test for the 2nd year. First class service. From being greeted as you walk in to leaving . Easy booking and payment system. My results arrived quickly and were very thorough in their explanation. I wish all customer service was as good as this. A*
