I previously wrote a review for Rachael but since I’ve bought my house there have been some very large and significant issues that I have tried to address with Racheal. I have left several voice messages, the first couple were very pleasant but no return phone call as soon as she found out why I was calling. Called her mother Amy, who owns the realtor company and she told me she would look into the issue and then she swept it under the rug and never called me back. I now learned that she held back some very serious financial information prior to my closing and I’m learning about it a year and a half later and unfortunately it’s costing me a lot of money. I would be very careful If working with this realtor company. Not to mention, I trusted her to have my best interest while buying a house in Georgia from the state of Massachusetts. What I thought was my best interest was her best interest. The home inspection was not completed by a suitable inspector. I later found out after serious issues that Racheal had never used this home. Inspector didn’t know research and did not do her due diligence. I learned That in the state of Georgia, your realtor is required to give you a list of three home inspectors and as the buyer are allowed to choose one. That Option was not given to me and as a result this home inspector did not even check my air conditioner properly and I had to invest $11,000 For a new one, and when I reached out to Racheal regarding this situation, her question to me was well what do you want me to do about it and when I told her that I wanted her to help me offset the cost since this was a mistake made by her realtor. She told me that there was nothing she could do for me and she never returned any phone calls and would not respond to any communication. Warning, she may seem sweet, but she does not know what she is doing… I hope this review save someone a lot of heartache because I know I have endured a lot of financial cost due to Racheal’s incompetence. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions there are so many other things she did incorrectly, but I don’t have the time to write about it
