Josie did an incredible job with my facial and dermaplane hair removal. She is so professional and kind. I felt so relaxed in my body and mind. This was my birthday gift and it was such a treat! I definitely want to go back again!

Absolutely LOVE Rebecca! She is knowledgeable, professional, and has an eye for natural-looking results. I’ve had lip filler, Tox and microneedling all done by her, and I couldn’t be happier! My lips look beautifully balanced, and my wrinkles are disappearing. She makes you feel comfortable, listens to what you want, and truly cares about her clients. I wouldn’t trust just anyone with my face—she’s the best!

I’ve been seeing Rebecca for over a year now and I cannot say enough good things about her. First of all, she has never created an insecurity to have me do more treatments. She listens, understands, and suggests things according to your specific concerns. Nobody likes needles, she makes my appointments so easy! Rebecca is the best.

I love Magen and the Skin Specialist team! Magen takes the time to make sure you are comfortable during your appointment and educates you along the way. She has the best vibes and does excellent work!

Honestly, the entire crew is amazing!Megan is an AMAZING injector. I’ve also done PRP microneedling with her and loved my results.I even cheated on her once and got my cheeks done somewhere else 😬 I came crawling back, confessed my sins, and she gave me great advice on what to do next instead of judging my questionable decision-making. Lesson learned. Stay loyal to your injector, people. 😂Josie does amazing facials too, so basically they have my entire face covered at this point. And their new location?! Absolutely beautiful.Seriously, I can’t recommend the whole crew enough. Amazing at what they do, honest, knowledgeable, and just genuinely great people.

Absolutely ADORABLE office! The staff is so lovely. I was seen by Rebecca today and she was lovely! Their prices are very reasonable and I will happily convince all my friends to come to the Skin Specialists of Fayetteville. I really appreciate the services they provide and the folder they give their clients that includes all their information and pricing. Seriously, if you are in search of a new injector, please consider Skin Specialists :)

I finally scheduled my appointment with The Skin Specialist of Fayetteville (and, by the way, I absolutely love the new name!). I didn’t choose who would be working on my face—fate simply worked its magic, and I ended up with Magen!I could honestly go on and on about how fabulous she is, but if I had to choose one thing I appreciated most, it was her genuine honesty. She was so beautifully honest about my skin, my face, and what she felt would truly benefit me. There was never any pressure—just thoughtful, professional guidance. She also made me laugh, and by the time I walked out of the building, I felt an unexpected little boost of confidence in myself. But what really stood out to me about this place was the feeling you get the moment you walk through the door. You immediately feel like you belong. There is no judgment—just genuine kindness, warmth, and acceptance.I also love that this practice has been recognized with five awards as one of the best in Fayetteville, but what impressed me even more was reading the owner’s personal and incredibly meaningful message about her own journey. Her resilience, authenticity, and transparency clearly extend beyond her story and into the way she cares for her clients and the culture she has created within her practice.I truly believe that whatever the owner has instilled in herself has naturally been reflected in her team—and I felt that same authenticity and kindness through Magen. That kind of openness and genuine care is rare to find. I didn’t just leave feeling better about how I looked on the outside; I left feeling better on the inside, too—and that is what matters most to me.Thank you, Magen, for being so kind, honest, and wonderful. I’m so grateful I landed in your chair!💗

Ashley provided an outstanding skincare treatment today. From the moment I arrived, she was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain the treatment, answer my questions, and ensure I understood how to care for my skin afterward.

This was my first time here and my second time getting filler in general. I honestly could not recommend a better spot than here. Magen R. Was so sweet and kind. She made the process very seamless and made me feel comfortable. I suffer from extremely bad anxiety, but here I was able to feel calm. I will definitely be coming back!! Also, the results are amazing. (After & before)

I went and got services today for the very first time. I chose Rebecca to work with as she was my best friends recommendation (since my bestie is a patient there too). I had a wonderful experience there. Everyone was super friendly at the door and check in. Rebecca explained everything to me thoroughly and made me feel extremely comfortable. She helped me choose the best option based on my preferences. I am excited to see my results!!

Have done the microneedling with PRP, dermaplaning and tox. Absolutely amazing staff who give honest feedback in a long term way so you don’t just get temporary instant results if you’re looking for longevity. I love the way the ladies always ask what the end goal is when I inquire about new services instead of just selling me something or a service that may not achieve my goals!

2026-04-25T12:08:43.945Z

Magen is truly exceptional at what she does. Her attention to detail, precision, and aesthetic eye are unmatched. She creates beautifully subtle, natural results that enhance your features without ever looking overdone. The entire experience felt elevated and professional from start to finish.

Rebecca is great! It was my first time visiting a med spa for my face and she was so nice and patient, compassionate & excellent at her job. I was so nervous, but really put me at ease and when I looked in the mirror I was impressed. Excited to go back! Def recommend ❤️ I barely felt a thing during the process and it being the next day, it is common for swelling to be at worse, but she was so gentle that you can barely tell unless you are super close up to me that I’m in the healing phase.

Rebecca and the entire team are awesome ! I was hesitant about getting Botox due to it being my first time, the overall experience was amazing ! No pain and the results are stunning ! If you’re looking for flawless results this is the place! I’ll definitely be back.
