Gravity Detailing is the real deal. They did my Mercedes GLE 53, full PPF and ceramic coating, and three weeks later the paint still pops like it just left the shop. That PPF looks like seven layers of clear finish, deep and glassy, not that cheap film look you see everywhere. Now they're working on my Corvette Grand Sport and I already know it's gonna be flawless based on how the Benz turned out. What sets them apart isn't just the work, it's that these guys actually know what they're doing. Ask them a question about the process and they'll break it down like they've been doing this their whole life. No guessing, no fluff, just real knowledge behind every step. Customer service is top tier too. Communication was easy, they kept me posted, and the whole experience felt like dealing with pros, not just a shop. If you care about your car even a little, get the PPF and ceramic done here. Highly recommend.

I brought my BMW X5 back to Gravity Detail for their complimentary follow-up detail, and once again, they exceeded my expectations! The work and service rendered was good and pricing was reasonable, no issues there. The reason for a 1 star demerit was the condition in which my vehicle was returned to me…I was offered and opted in for the mobile pick up and drop off. That went well. Except my truck was returned to me with recycling trash in my truck bed. This implies the plan was to use my truck for a recycling errand? Furthermore it negates the “inside detail” part of the service when there’s trash left in the bed that wasn’t there at pick up. I reached out twice to ask why this happened and I never received a call back or an answer. In the end, in order for me to actually use the bed of mg own truck the next day (when I saw the trash) I had to dispose do their trash. Unprofessional and even more so not receiving an apology or a way to make it right. A bit disappointed it over shadowed the work performed. I allowed about 1.5 weeks now for a response before this review to no avail. Check your trunk and storage areas if you opt for the pick up and drop off service.
