Communications have been good. Although getting to my Sea Ray was delayed a few times, part of the reason was to change part(s) needed which lowered my total bill. Also, I have decided to store my boat at their facility near Fort Spokane and Porcupine Bay as long as I keep the boat in Eastern Washington. I will certainly continue to use Spokane Boat Repair for future needs and some additional projects I have planned to upgrade the boat, i.e. adding 110 Shore Power, possible Marine Head, Red Dot Heater, GPS etc.I would recommend Spokane Boat Repair to any boat owner based on my experience.
