Ashley and Layla did an outstanding job, getting our house clean again. They were friendly and professional. We are very happy with the results and would definitely like to have Fresh Haven add us to their regular client list.

Had them come for a first time deep clean - very professional and a great job. We have a large home with high ceilings and a lot going on. Excited to have them come back more regularly.

The crew did an excellent job and were very thorough. We have had other cleaners and think they do the most thorough job. They were also good at communication and friendly and very professional in all ways. We have used Steven’s other handyman services quite a bit in the past and they are also very good. We are excited to have a crew from Fresh Haven come regularly. It is so nice to have such a great reliable service at a fair price. Thank you Fresh Haven!

We just had our first deep clean and set up a bi-weekly cleaning service at our home. The cleaners were kind, well prepared, and highly detail oriented. This is the cleanest our house has felt since we purchased it two years ago. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself, a clean home makes a big difference for your mental health.

Fresh Haven’s residential service is awesome. Their team communicates very well and the cleaning is very thorough. I appreciated the walk through before the service began, where I could point out trouble areas and my cleaning preferences.

We have been using Fresh Haven for regular cleaning for a couple of years in our two condos. These are among the few properties where we rarely have any cleaning issues. We highly recommend.

As the owner and manager of The Brix vacation rentals in Duluth, I can’t speak highly enough about the Fresh Haven team. When you operate short-term rentals, the job is so much more than basic cleaning. It’s staging, small repairs, restocking, and creating a guest experience. Our cleaning partner isn’t just a third-party vendor to us, it’s the backbone of our business.Fresh Haven is our eyes and ears on our properties, and the unmatched quality, exceptional experience, and recognized brand we’ve built wouldn’t exist without their partnership. I appreciate that more than they probably know.I love that they treat and pay their people well and they focus on quality workers instead of cycling through poorly paid staff who don’t care. That level of communication, professionalism, and care shows up directly in the quality of their work. Honestly, I’m not sure what we’d do without them!

We’ve been using Fresh Haven for our vacation rental cleaning for the past three years, and they’ve been fantastic! They have a highly trained team with great systems in place, and it shows in the consistency and quality of their work. Our guests regularly comment on how exceptionally clean the property is, which is one of the biggest compliments we can receive as vacation rental hosts. What I appreciate most is that I don’t have to micromanage or constantly check their work. They take ownership of every clean, communicate well, and consistently make sure everything is guest-ready.Having a cleaning team I can truly trust gives me so much peace of mind. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional cleaners who consistently go above and beyond.
