UPDATE:I had a problem with my window that turned out to be an easy fix. We shared text messages and ultimately spoke on the phone. He stated that he was an hour away, that he was trying to give me a solution over the phone. He said he was on vacation so I waited patiently. After two weeks I reached out again, l told him that I understood the distance then I had to remind him of the FACT that he charged me $100 to remove and reinstall my blinds, a task I did myself, never asked for a penny back, I considered it a tip. He grudgingly came out to solve the minor problem.On his way out the door he had to say that he never charged me for my blinds, couldn't help himself. In essence called me a liar! I had to provide him a copy of his own estimate to point out that he in fact was compensated for the blinds to be removed and reinstalled. I waited all day for an apology but I got NOTHING! He has ZERO INTEGRITY!!He showed up on time and finished within the time frame he quoted. Everything was clean and pristine when he left, GREAT JOB‼️
