The crew arrived on schedule on a Saturday morning because it was predicted to rain the first three days of the following week. They did an excellent job. A bush near the house hindered them getting their ladder safely stable. Before removing limbs from the bush, they asked permission. Years prior, a contractor framed a window that had an alarm piece attacked. He didn't ask questions just assumed it was wired. So he cut a hole in the new frame so the useless piece could fit. Over the years, I learned air came in that area. Emillo removed that alarm piece, per my permission, before installing the new window. He surprised me by caulking that hole. I was so pleased. He took time to go over the features of the windows twice. Learning the windows have a life time warranty make me very happy. I definitely recommend them to remove and replace windows. Less

Arrived on time, extremely respectful of interior and exterior space. Emilio, the owner of the company, and two of his employees began the demolition stage within minutes of arriving, and everything proceeded efficiently. By early afternoon on one of the coldest days of the year, the installation was complete. Our single-pane windows are gone and we have double-paned, argon gas-filled vinyl window, with night latches that allow windows only to be opened 6 inches for safety at night, which is awesome! Already, the rooms feel warmer as a strong wind blows outside. Should we ever have a problem, Emilio will personally respond. I have another project I would like to complete next year, and I look forward to using United Window Solutions again! Less

They promised to complete the work replacing the outer window frame on 25 windows in only one day and that is exactly what they did. They had all 25 windows framed and caulked.
