My son has been a part of Threshold performance Training’s Junior athlete development program for about 6 weeks and has already seen amazing results. The most satisfying part for me as a parent is his increase in confidence and self-esteem which is motivating him to train harder and prepare for Footy next year. Thank you to everyone at Threshold Performance.

My children have thoroughly enjoyed their experience at Threshold Performance Gym, where they have not only learned correct technique and form to achieve their fitness goals, but also noticed a positive change in their mood. In a world filled with the challenges of puberty blues, social media pressures, and negative thoughts, it is refreshing to find a place like Threshold Performance Gym where everyone is treated equally, with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

The staff at Threshold are amazing! They genuinely care about the kids’ wellbeing. My son absolutely loves going and in just a month we’ve already noticed great growth in his development. They even went above and beyond to help him prepare for his footy grand final. Couldn’t recommend them more!
