On Monday, I called to schedule maintenance because my A/C stopped blowing cold air. They told me the earliest they could send someone was Thursday at 8:30 am. Sometime just before 8 on Thursday, they canceled. So I looked at their reviews and noticed there were other dissatisfied customers. If their technicians are this unreliable, I guess I dodged a bullet and will go with someone else who is more reliable. Less

They could not level the toilet. They said I need to level the floor. This is wrong. So wrong. You don't level the floor. You level the toilet. They told me that wouldn't work because it would make the toilet off balance.You're wrong!Also, they overcharged me and didn't complete the work using The old toilet bolts! And they didn't cut the bolts off so the cap could go on the older one!If a professional company cannot level a toilet, do not use them. I have to go to a different plumber now! You sent me an electrician instead of plumber. My brother assisted the electrician so he could get it done. I feel that you breached the contract since a plumber wasn't originally on site .He even said that he was an electrician not a plumber. If you decide to use Reading for your plumbing services, make sure you get a written price estimate upfront.. looks like I'm the 3rd reviewer in the past 10 days that has been ripped off.. its my own fault I didn't ask for a price up front but how much could the repair of a broken PVC sprinkler pipe cost? Especially considering i located the leak and dug the hole myself prior to their arrival! My guess would have been a couple of hundred dollars.. not 1300 dollars!! Like the other reviewers, when I questioned the price and asked for a breakdown of charges, eg. Labor, parts, etc I was told they don't do that, everything is flat rate... how convenient for them! When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told the technician would call to "explain" the charges.. I received no call from either of them just another bill by email. I should have known better after they were a no show for our first appointment.. never again.. Do yourself a favor and choose another plumber.. Less

I called this company out of recommendation. I called asked when they could take a look at my AC. They said we can get out there that day they'll call me back let me know what time so I can tell my tenants. I waited 3hrs for a call back never received a call. I called them asked he said I have you down for 2pm. I said ok great told my tenants. At 3pm I messaged my tenants asked what the verdict was they said they had barely showed up.After all said and done they were going to call me with what was wrong.Once technician was done he called me to tell me what he did. That the office will call me for the final bill. Once they called me a few days later he told me it would be $750 dollars that was to run a diagnostic, replace connectors and the capacitor. I asked for an itemized receipt and they said they don't do that. It's a flat rate so we asked how much is it per hour for labor Daniel said we don't charge by the hour just by the job as a flat rate.They still haven't given me a receipt for their services.I just seen that others have mentioned a fee for days that have not been paid. They haven't mention anything about that. They just asked when I was going to pay? They need a payment right now. When originally I just asked them to do a diagnostic only. I contacted another HVAC company they were going to charge $225 for the same job. Unfortunately this company did not give me the option and just replaced the part without my approval. Called to get an estimate after my AC unit stopped working. They sent out someone days later so I had to call another company. When they finally showed up they didn't call me they just worked on my unit and left while nobody was home. The other company showed up later that day and quoted me 1/4 of what these guys charged. They totally ripped me off and when I called for a breakdown of what they did they claimed they don't do that just a final price. I called this company 3 days ago. It took them until yesterday to come (and they were 30 mins late). The guy, Daniel, was here for maybe 20 mins before he left for over an hour to get a part. He fixed one single hose under the sink (because that's all that was needed to fix the ussue). After he gets back to the office, our bill is 500$... He worked for maybe an hour tops, thats with setup and clean up times included. I had to wait until today to talk to anyone about it. When I finally did, she told me there was nothing they could do about the prices. I asked what work was done. They are charing us for something they didn't even do-replaced our brand new shut off valve?-.. They were clean and nice but they are also dishonest and shady. Call someone else, is my advice. Less

Let me share my story about Reading, last Tuesday my AC unit at my home went out I called like four different company's in the Roswell area that do HVAC all were too busy at the moment to come out and take a look and wanted to schedule me up for service three or four days latter. I ended up calling Reading was pleased to have my call pollitley answered by the wonderful lady's in the office. The technition they sent out was very friendly and neatly dressed within 30 minutes he was able to solve the problem, had the parts on his truck and was able to get the unit up and running and save me and my pets from having to stay at a motel downtown "VERY PLEASED" will definitely recommend there service to other's!
