My experience with Dylan's shop was super welcoming. I purchased this unkept BMW M8 that had been sitting on the lot untouched for a while but Dylan did an awesome job explaining the process that goes into ceramic coating and pointing out the flaws in the paint. Dylan's professionalism and explanations on what package would be the most effective to get rid of swirls and scratches were super helpful and top notch. Dylan provided updates throughout the process of the two step paint correction upon asking to keep me in the loop. Worst detail job I've ever received. They had an $800 special for detail and clay bar. I pick up the truck, and it doesn't even look like they washed anything but the painted panels. Pollen all over the truck bed cover, bug still on my windshield from my road trip. Water marks over every piece of glass. White goop in every nook and cranny from the ceramic coating, I guess. Still bugs on my bumper, and they put a coating over the bugs. Seriously, I could have done a better job in my driveway in an hour. What a scam. I texted and told them all the issues, and all they said was we will talk to our team and reflect on your comments. What a joke. Stay away and find a real detailer. Less

Dylan did an amazing job on our car, PPF on the front and ceramic on all. Was great yo work with, quick communications when I submitted my quote online, responded within an hour even after he had closed for the day. Then reached back out to check in on me and quickly arranged to schedule vehicle and worked on a Sunday to help complete it all in time. Less

No option but would have provided 0 stars. Not sure how come every review is 5 star. I signed up for an add stating their 3 level ceramic coating is being offered for 700 instead of 1000.Received an email asking for Vehicle details, any specific thing on ceramic coating and phone number. I replied promptly and it has been 3-4 weeks 0 response. This clearly tells me either they did not want honor the ad, or thought my vehicle is not luxury category or something else. If they wanted more money atleast they should have courtesy to reply. I think they only service ultra luxury vehicles. It just states their attitude. Less
