Super happy I enrolled my 11 year old daughter here. They are very professional, and just wanted my child to gain more discipline, confidence and learn how to fight. The teachers are comitted and respectful. It is also worth mentioning that that their establishment is super clean all the time and well maintain. Everyone has been supportive and they are fair in prices for all the effort that goes behind!

I joined National City Muay Thai to learn self-defense techniques and to get fit. This is my first time trying both, martial arts and high intensity workouts, and I'm so happy I decided to do this for myself. The instructors are all amazing and the classes are beginner-friendly. There was never a moment where I felt intimidated as a beginner. The days I attend classes are the highlight of my week!

SWAMA in National City is a great and welcoming environment. All instructors contribute to an inclusive and supportive environment that recreates itself in its students. Muay Thai is hard work, but that same effort one puts into pushing their cardio limits or developing form/execution will reward you internally as well. I joined National City Muay Thai back in April for fitness and because Muay Thai always looked like a fun sport to learn. Victor at the office and the coaches (the senior Victor, Mario, Heri, and Irvin) have all been incredibly welcoming and supportive.The training is challenging and well-rounded. I noticed positive changes in my physique and confidence within the first week. Even when life gets busy and I miss a few classes, they check in on me and help keep me accountable. Great coaches, great people, and a great environment. Can’t wait to see where the sport takes me.
