I joined National City Muay Thai back in April for fitness and because Muay Thai always looked like a fun sport to learn. Victor at the office and the coaches (the senior Victor, Mario, Heri, and Irvin) have all been incredibly welcoming and supportive.The training is challenging and well-rounded. I noticed positive changes in my physique and confidence within the first week. Even when life gets busy and I miss a few classes, they check in on me and help keep me accountable. Great coaches, great people, and a great environment. Can’t wait to see where the sport takes me.
