Getting new floors can be a stressful process but Millcreek staff made it pretty easy. If I left a message or sent a text they couldn't take right away, I had a response usually within a few hours, a day at the most. They had a good variety of flooring in my budget and brought samples to my house. Payment was clearly explained and easy to handle. They even had a 20 ft trailer for us to store our belongings in during the week, parked outside my house.But the real 5 stars goes to their flooring installer, Tyson. This guy is a rockstar! The process of install took a little longer than the other place I looked at it but the quality of install and attention to detail? Literally could not be happier with the final product.Millcreek also recommended Troy with Pack Rats for help with moving everything off the floors. He was a huge help and a great referral.I paid a little more, waited a little longer and have zero regrets. Great overall experience!

They did an excellent job installing carpet in my basement with 3 bedrooms. Staff is friendly and responsive with questions. Installers worked hard and fast, but still did first rate work.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! If you’re looking for a business that treats their customers like garbage this is the place for you! Jeremy wouldn’t even help answer questions about their carpets. He directed me up stairs to figure it out on my own. Then wouldn’t let me look at the stock or small remnant pieces in the back without a home measurement first (they refused to do a measurement without a chosen carpet first?). So I scheduled a time for a measurement. Then Jeremy showed up two hours late for my appointment, and then since my wife didnt hear at the door, he just left. I confirmed my appointment on my cell 20 minutes prior. He said he tried to call me while he was here (which was untrue). When I tried to see where he was, he was very RUDE and then hung up on me. SO IF YOU LKE UNPROFESSIONAL HOME SERVES, GO TO THESE GUYS!!!!

May 8, 2026We just got some more window covering and this is still the best place in St George. Bryson was wonderful to work with and did an outstanding job. Absolutely recommended!!3 years ago: Amazing place. The people are so helpful from the very first meet to the last. They even came to the house with samples. We couldn’t be happier. Mill Creek Flooring is fantastic!! I needed all the old carpet & tile removed from a home I just recently purchased and needed LVP installed throughout the 1,500+ sf home. Time was of the essence so I could move into my new home. They exceeded their install schedule and not only did a wonderful installation job but the communication between myself, the owner and staff was superb.
