Millcreek Flooring did not check if floor was level or sub floor was screwed in tightly. In addition the flooring guy chipped several planks putting it in and did not correct it. Millcreek Flooring did not check if floor was level or sub floor was screwed in tightly. In addition the flooring guy chipped several planks putting it in and did not correct it. Planks moved, one spot sunk and you catch your foot on the plank. Another spot broke and the plank corner popped up. Company blamed contractor and would not pay to replace it. We are going to have to move all the furniture out again and pay for it again and it is less than two years old. Huge pain and financial burden. Less

After shopping around for someone to replace a front room carpet we noticed Millcreek on the internet and they had a high star rating and being close to their showroom deciced to stop and just compare them to the serveral other stores we had already been too, going in we were greeted very nicely and as we were decussing the type of carpet the owner Ken came in and greeted us. When it was explained to them that our carpet had an unusal shape thus hard to know the area size (how much carpet) it would actually be Ken dropped everything to come out right then and figure what we needed. When he measured he determined that we could use some of the cut carpet and seam them in a place with no traffic thus saving us from purchasing a additional amount of carpet, which he could have done at our expense, don't know many businesses that would do that especially at their profit. When the carpet arrived a few days later as the the carpet was coming in the installler didn't speak much english and knowing how the carpet needed to be fitted to use the plan Ken had I had no idea in the installer actually was aware of how it needed to be cut and place, so I placed a call to the store and Ken once again dropped everything and came out to be sure things were being done right, Weldon the installer did know what was expected and when he was done the carpet was installed beautiful. The price for this carpet was considerbly less that any of the other retailers we inquired with. I know this is long but I want people to realize how honest and customer oriented this bussiness is. The staff in the office is wonderful to work with, there will be no one who will replace my carpets but Millcreek, can not thank them enough. If I could give more than five stars I certainly would.
