BOOK THIS TOUR! Our guide, Eddie, was knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful and kind. He helped us see 3 bald eagles on our trip, and he never made us feel rushed. He was professional and communicated with us about the time change we would face when we crossed the state line. (Note: the tour is run on Nevada time.) This company offers comfortable kayaks for bigger people (my huband is 6ft 4, 280lbs). The small group size allowed us to hear our guide well. We paddled through calm waters surrounded by lush greenery, and I was even able to spot some wildlife along the way, including birds and fish. Eddie was absolutely amazing. I am a year out of shoulder surgery and he took his time with my slow paddling, made sure my husband and I never felt rushed or "less than" the others in the group. The short hike we had near mid-way of the trip up the river was full of history and beautiful vistas. Eddie pointed out wildlife and made sure everyone in the group got to see the sheep and bald eagle. He took great photos of everyone and shared them afterwards. I highly recommend LVE Kayak Tours.
