I am writing to formally express my concern regarding my recent appointment on 3/14/2026 at 10:30am.When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I experienced a delay of approximately one hour before being seen. Unfortunately, there was no clear communication during the initial call of making the appointment that paperwork and tour would push the entire appointment back on top of other customers appointments overlapping which made the situation frustrating and inconvenient.I was also concerned about the handling of my paperwork by one of the employees. During the process, the employee appeared to mix up names on the documents, which felt unprofessional and raised concerns about the accuracy and care taken with patient/client records.I understand that busy schedules and occasional delays can happen; however, clear communication and careful handling of documentation are essential for maintaining professionalism and trust.I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed so that future clients do not experience similar issues. Thank you for taking the time to consider my concerns.

Cleansing Waters Colon Therapy did not meet my expectations at all. My appointment started 45 minutes late, which is completely unacceptable. Nicole was awesome with my IV therapy . Shanique was refreshing to talk to however the office manager was very indifferent. I didn't like handling business with the office manager very awkward and unfriendly experience. I discontinued my membership for Stockbridge because of this. If I return in the future I will try Fayetteville or Peachtree City location.

I have been here three times. It’s very nice there. The only problem is the customer service from the manager Natalie. She is not a person to greet people when walking in. On the other hand Ms. Nicole is the sweetest. She is very helpful and greet us every time we walk in. I was thinking she was the manager but I definitely think she needs a raise and needs to be the manager for this location.

I received the BEST colonic here! I immediately felt SO much better following my colonic therapy session. The staff was great and very helpful in understanding the process BEFORE it began. The process starts with a qualifying questionnaire on an iPad, watching a brief educational video about the colon, the importance and benefits of removing toxins from your body, and then each step in your colon therapy. Once I got into the private room which was very clean and inviting, the assistant reviewed the process again. She answered my questions and made sure I understood what to do. The room is stocked with everything you may need such as gloves, wipes, paper towel, and air spray. I was also offered a heating pad for my abdomen. Although the colon cleansing is self administered, there's a call button right by your side if you need help or assistance. I rang it one time and my assistant was there instantly. When your session is complete, there's a sprayer to clean yourself, gloves, and wipes. I also received an electrolyte replacement drink and instructions going forward. I highly recommend Cleansing Waters Wellness Center... you won't be disappointed!

Review for Cleansing Waters Wellness CenterMy grandmother and I have been visiting Cleansing Waters Wellness Center for about a year now, and we’ve generally enjoyed the experience — especially the calming atmosphere and the services offered. We usually come in for the colon cleanse, and my grandmother always gets the foot detox. These treatments have made a noticeable difference for both of us.However, during our recent visit, we noticed some significant changes that left us a bit disappointed compared to our past experiences.First, the staff has completely changed since last year. While the young lady who assisted us this time did her best, the overall attentiveness and customer service didn't feel as welcoming or helpful as before. Last year, there was an option to sign a waiver if someone needed assistance, which was incredibly helpful for my grandmother. This year, that option is no longer available, and we were told we had to do everything ourselves — which proved difficult for her.Second, we encountered issues when trying to purchase products at checkout. The system wasn’t working properly, and we were told we couldn't receive loyalty points unless we ordered through the website. Unfortunately, the website and app were both having technical issues. Even with help from the staff, including the manager, we couldn’t complete the purchase online or receive points manually — despite my grandmother wanting to spend over $79 on products that day. It was frustrating, especially because earning points has always been a big part of why we shop here and have the app on my phone.We were also disappointed to see that our past visits weren’t accurately reflected in the app. It only shows one visit, even though we’ve been there many more times. That’s discouraging, considering our continued loyalty to the center.To end on a positive note: the facility is very clean, and they offer a wide range of wellness services. We just wish the level of service and staff support matched the exceptional experience we had last year. We were told some of the original staff may have transferred to the Fayetteville or a new location — which might explain the shift.We hope to see improvements soon, but as of now, we’re unsure if we’ll continue coming back.— A loyal but concerned customer

I visit this facility with a friend and the whole staff seem to be unfriendly and not approachable. I can’t understand how they charge you for a service that that they don’t fully administer. Had I not come to the appointment with her, She wouldn’t have had any service they put you in a room And tell you what to do and close the door and leave. And I had to come out of the room several times to ask someone to come in and assist with the process and even at that point, it was like a crash course before a quiz information was given very rapidly and walked out. I really can’t understand how anyone can give a good review for paying for a service that wasn’t completely rendered. I was the assistant as if I worked there I felt like I should have had. Receive money for my service as a technician. I was interested, but not here. This was a horrible experience. And thinking back on the conversation that was sad doing the process I asked the technician why don’t y’all stay in here in the room with the person to assist them and she quickly shot me back a answer we can’t stay in here the whole time with the client and I just shut up because it was too arrogant

There was no pressure everything with my choice on what I chose for myself.She explained the payment plan and she walked me through the app. She also informed me about the Rewards which I was not aware of earlier. I normally go to the PTC location but decided to go to Stockbridge since it was closer for me.I have visited this location twice and had such a great experience. Everyone was very nice and helpful and Ni’rel was especially pleasant, professional and very nice! She made the change in locations worth it!!! Thank you to everyone for such an experience! I will definitely be back.
