I've used brokers in the past before but wasnt exactly thrilled with previous experiences. I was referred to Guardian Smith by my daughter and the service was astounding. It was also a tricky situation because I'd only decided to buy again a couple of weeks before settlement on my property so there was pressure to get all ducks in a row quickly without having yet put an offer on a house. We had a very short window to get finance approved and to get an offer on a house accepted and unconditional. Literally days. From the beginning Lewis managed everything and was always one step ahead of the game. Aside from having to provide him with documentation, he took care of EVERYTHING. He was in constant communication with me and always responded very quickly. He talked me through multiple options for how to best structure my loan, and a week after settlement he chased up an urgent issue with the bank for me.
