Although Anthony has never professionally coached me, I must attest to his genuine desire to help others and willingness to listen. There was an occasion whilst in a group setting, where I was having a really rough time focusing and was clearly struggling and on the verge of tears. Once the group dispersed, Anthony stuck around and sparked a conversation, asking me how I was doing, how I was feeling about certain things, if I any needed support, etc. Also, at this point in time the extent of mine and Anthony’s friendship went as far as “Hi, how are you?” and that was all. To keep a long story short, by the end of this lengthy conversation, I was officially in tears, had a HUGE breakthrough about something that had long been holding me back, and felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. My mood had totally shifted and thanks to Anthony’s help I was able to really dig deep and recognize some things within myself that had really been affecting me. One of the best parts about this conversation was that Anthony did not pry, he did not tell ME what he thought or what he observed, but instead ASKED me how I felt about certain things and why that might be. He simply prompted me to dig deeper and really examine why things may have been a certain way and I was actually able to remember things that I thought were permanently forgotten. I am extremely grateful that Anthony took the time that day to reach out and help someone who was clearly in need of an outlet, especially for someone who was simply an acquaintance. It speaks volumes to how much he truly cares to help people succeed, and the fact that I felt so comfortable and cared about was really incredible. For anyone who feels stuck, or feels lost, or feels that they need something or someone to help them break through and move forward to the next level of their lives, I would highly suggest reaching out to Anthony. I have known and been working with Anthony and Tailored Fitness for FOUR years now and can honestly say that this guy and his experience in the fitness/health/nutrition industry has CHANGED MY LIFE!! Before knowing him, I was completely clueless as to how to change and take care of my body. I have now lost over 20lbs and kept it off for four years.
