I recently had Joshua from APLCE come out to repair my LG dryer. The door wasn’t latching properly, and he was fantastic from start to finish!Joshua arrived on time, was very professional, and took the time to clearly explain what was wrong with the door mechanism and why it had failed. He diagnosed the issue quickly, replaced the necessary parts, and got the dryer latching and running perfectly again without any upselling or unnecessary repairs. His pricing was fair and transparent, and the dryer has been working great ever since.I was so impressed that I referred him to my dad to fix his GE dryer that wasn’t staying hot.
