Jay had the absolute best customer service! He started out by talking me through my issues of my roof and followed up with helping through the insurance process. Unfortunately my insurance denied me, but Jay was patient and stayed in communication while I went through my process to get the loan. He checked in, always doing anything he could to help the process be smooth. Once we were able to start the process, he talked through my options and gave me his expertise without being forceful or opinionated about it. Once we settled on the options, he stayed in communication on scheduling. We had a winter storm come in and Jay let me know that he was keeping an eye on the weather and once it was a respectable degree for the shingles to adhere, he got me straight in and all the process was done within the day. Couldn't even tell that anyone had been through as all was cleaned up. Overall, I highly recommend! Jay and team were communicative, respectable and all in all had integrity!
