Unfortunately, we had a pipe burst in our wall. We called Restoration 1 for help. They were able to get Josh to our house in under an hour of me contacting them. Josh did a fantastic job at taking moisture readings and documenting everything for insurance. He stayed past 11 PM to make sure all the fans and dehumidifiers were up and running to help prevent further damage. After the plumbers fixed the leak, Josh and Nestor returned to demo walls and flooring that have to be replaced.I hope I do not need to utilize a restoration service again in the future. However if disaster does strike, I know who I will be calling. If you find yourself in a similar situation, I highly recommend Restoration 1.

5 ⭐️…Highly recommended! Joshua Armstrong came out to assess damage (water/mold growth) and was so very thorough. Customer service was exceptional! He calmly and confidently answered all our questions and involved us in understanding the process. This type of service is one met with lots of nerves due to the unknown, he was able to bring peace to the process. Thank you Joshua! We value your expertise and service.
