When I signed the agreement for them to do the work I was told "we'll be there in two weeks". I called them at the beginning of the fourth week and was told it would be six to eight weeks before they would come cut the trees. I was called Monday of the sixth week after signing and told that they had had a cancellation and would be able to come the next day I wanted them to. I told them yes to come. I was ready for the trees to be gone. However, in Barone's defense our area had been through a number of weather events that delayed them. Less

The guys did a great job with cutting the trees and making sure all of the debris was cleaned up. They were very courteous and professional. The only issue I had was damage to one of our hardwoods when the first 2 trees fell. I feel like that could have been planned a little better but it happens sometimes. They said it wouldn’t be a problem. However, the stump was left about 3 feet high. I understand why they did that because they would have to damage about 3 of the fence boards to cut the stump lower. I was very pleased with the work which was done. They removed a tree that was against my fence. I talked with a worker about making sure the tree was cut to the ground.
