I had my first car service. The worst experience of them all. I have never experienced this in any service centre. I waited for hours for the shuttle to arrive. Ended up getting an Uber for myself to go home. Only at 15:14, I get a message that they only started servicing my car by then. I’m never coming back. At 16h00 still busy with the car

Thanks for the quick response on this issues.Original: Have not had a good experience at all.Car has been In for 4 days to look at a single rattle. Nothing was done other than moving the car from parking to parking and a wash.I ultimately fetched the car as I can't wait longer.Rattle still there. So nothing was done in 4 days.Unfortunate since the staff is friendly, organised and full of promises
