I cannot recommend Upfront Radon enough. Jed and Kyle were amazing to work with and were able to fit me in the same week I called. They are very fair on their pricing and came in lower than other quotes I received. On the phone Kyle was very kind and knowledgeable about any questions I had. Jed showed up on time to install and came up with a creative solution to install our system indoors in the quietest area possible. He kept us updated throughout the process and cleaned up after everything was installed. They also gave us a free test kit to make sure the system is working properly. Definitely book with them.

Jed and Kyle were great to work with. We appreciate the smaller business handling of everything. They did a great job with communication and the install. Install was less than 4 hours. I appreciated that they came to the house before the install day to look around and offer options of how they think would be best to do the work. There was no pressure, just suggestions and a quote of what it would take.Price was in line with other quotes I got with larger companies (one Utah company and one national company).Quality of the work seems good so far.We did a 'chase' install with the fan in the attic. The fan is a bit louder than I was hoping for, but I think we'll adjust to it quickly and it will likely just be background noise.UPDATE: Jed and Kyle both responded to my review and came back out to look at the fan. There was actually something that was wrong with the fan causing it to be louder. So they replaced it and the noise is barely even noticable now.Great customer service and they stand by their work.

I would highly recommend Upfront Radon. Both Jed and Kyle were very responsive from the initial call all the way through the completion of the mitigation work. They provided a clear plan for the work, completed the work timely, and left the work space clean. Very competitive pricing and most importantly they reduced the risk of radon significantly from over a 5.4 to a 0.64 as of today! Give them a call today!

Great job installing the new system. They were on budget, quick, clean, and great to interact with. When shopping for quotes, they were the only company who came to the house and showed me what they planned, where pipes were going to go, etc.

We had a great experience start to finish. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly for both the estimate and mediation since our levels were very high. Jed answered all of our questions. The mediation system is quiet and high quality and blends seamlessly with the exterior of our house.

Kyle came out and gave me a quote, which was a great price, but more importantly gave me his honest opinion: save our money! We did a short term test from another company, they called and gave us the scare tactic and made us feel like it was an absolute necessity. We also bought an electronic tester from Amazon that we tested over 10 days, which had much lower results than the 2 day short term test. I told Kyle what our test came back as, and he said we were fine, and not at great risk, especially with no one living in basement. He recommended doing a long term test to confirm. We really appreciated an upfront and honest opinion, where he could have easily sold me a mitigation system. His education was super valuable, and if our levels creep up or we want absolute peace of mind, we will 100% go with upfront radon. Their name says it all!
