I joined 9 Round Avon, OH to help me get back to running 1/2 marathon trail races and obstacle courses after a significant neck surgery. At 50, it is harder and 9 Round has helped me tremendously. The trainers are excellent and I look forward to every workout. Since they change daily, you never get bored from routine.

Have been a member for two months now and every time I go I never leave feeling like I wasn’t completely worn out and amazing at the great workout! The trainers are amazing and the owners are incredible on staying on us to reach our goals. Highly recommend!! I burn more calories in a half and hour here then I did when I did an hour and a half at the gym. If you are looking for a real work out go here!

Moreover, I love the new scheduling feature as I can schedule lessons 1-week ahead keeping myself on track! No more excuses and I have been exercising more than ever!
