We had a really long journey to finding a house, mostly due to the crazy South Florida housing market, but Wendi remained forever patient with us despite our chronic indecision and our desire not to settle for less than we hoped for. She is easy to communicate with, responds immediately, and explained things clearly for our initially-elementary understanding of real estate. Wendi served as a true advocate for us in our house-hunt, never made us feel pressured into something we weren’t 100% on board with. She is an expert negotiator and deal-maker. Her legal background was an incredible asset in helping us to understand our rights as buyers, complicated contracts, and legal responsibilities of sellers. He did Great JOB he listen me only 10 min and he send me 3 times different listings for my choice many beautiful Apartments !
