I’m writing to share some feedback regarding my recent experience as a possible new patient. I had booked an appointment and received an email confirmation stating that it was scheduled for Friday. However, when I arrived, I was told that my appointment was actually set for Monday.I understand that mistakes or miscommunications can happen, and I was simply trying to clarify the situation by showing the confirmation email I received. Unfortunately, the staff member assisting me at the front desk was quite dismissive and, frankly, rude in her response. Rather than trying to help resolve the issue, she came across as argumentative, even though I was not trying to argue—just present the information I had. Instead the staff said, “There’s nothing I can do for you!” As if I was blaming her.I believe this could have been handled in a much more professional and courteous manner. This staff member may benefit from additional training in customer service, or perhaps a different role that doesn't involve direct interaction with patients, given the nature of the exchange.Thank you for taking the time to read this. 5-Star experience! Office staff is great. They are so welcoming, polite, courteous, and always wearing a smile! Miguel is super personable and will make you feel comfortable like you've known him forever. The dental hygienist Tanya, took her time with my cleaning (I have braces) and she explained everything to me as she went. I didn't have to ask many questions (and I ask a bunch lol). She was so friendly and made sure she was gentle around my gum line and other sensitive areas. The Dentist Dr Nanra was very nice and communicative and suggested the best for me while still providing options. Best dental experience ever, 10/10 Highly Recommend! Less
