Simply incredible. I have never actually even spoken to the man... We did everything with message in email. I was in despair and about to give up on the idea of purchasing home when we got in touch with him...and *whoosh*...now I am closing on time! Todd's explored and explained a number of different options...never let obstacles or problems slow him down... Just stayed open minded and searching. And i'm fully convinced he got me the best deal as well. My experience with this lending agent was fantastic...
