From the ladies on the front desk (especially Tracey, so lovely!) to the optometrist to the appearance of the store, it was absolutely amazing.I went in to have my 8 month old daughter’s eyes tested. Ruth was absolutely incredible! She was so thorough and knowledgeable. She did a remarkable job testing my wiggly worm girls eyes. I’ve booked in for myself to have my eyes tested!

We had a really positive experience at On Point Eye Care when bringing our kids in for their eye checks. Our children hadn’t had proper eye testing before, aside from the free school screening. All of the staff were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, which made the whole experience easy and reassuring. The optometrist, Joel, was amazing with both children and didn’t rush the process at all. We’re so happy to have found a locally owned optometrist in Mackay, and you can really tell the difference in the care and service. It’s reassuring to know we’ve found an optometrist we trust for the long term.

The consultation was exceptionally thorough—Joel explained each scan clearly and asked about our family history of eye disease, which really showed his commitment to looking after our long-term eye health.Then came the best part: choosing new glasses!
