My stay at Kailash Ashram in the Grampians doing the Soul Retreat was an amazing experience from beginning to end. The hosts were warm and welcoming which made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The food was delicious, wholesome and plentiful and the lodgings were comfortable. But what made the experience special was the peaceful atmosphere and the people who created such a beautiful, welcoming environment. The whole experience was incredibly nourishing and I deepened my practices with David and Raya's wisdom and guidance. I left feeling refreshed and grateful and very glad that I had the opportunity to spend time there.
