I've been taking guitar lessons with Danny for a few years, and he has been an outstanding teacher. Danny is a fantastic teacher! He has a great attitude, is fun, patient, and highly skilled - he is the perfect mentor for a guitarist at any skill level. I had so much fun taking lessons with him! He taught me how to relax around musical instruments and actually start learning what I want to learn. Will definitely be going back.

I took his guitar class at byu-idaho and it was the first music class I took where I actually felt like I learned something and was good at the instrument he taught me. All my other music classes taught me how to play a handful of songs, but his class actually taught me the guitar. I went from barely able to play ode to joy to being able to not only play several rock songs and read tablature, but also be able to just have fun with the instrument and jam without following notes on a page after just a few weeks. I've never been able to just play around and have fun with an instrument before I took his class.

I grew up in a musical family but didn’t really learn an instrument myself. Now that I’m a mom I’ve missed having live church music in my home so when I saw an ad for Ukulele Hymns on Facebook I decided the ukulele might be my opportunity to get some music in our home. These books, along with the lessons, have made it so easy to pick up this instrument! I’m so grateful to be able to play it in my home and have my family sing along with me. Thank you, thank you!

The songs are beautifully written with the Uke chords and easy to play! I was impressed how many songs are included in his books. Definitely worth the money, and of course the joy that they bring!
