My husband and I worked with Kristin and Quinton to sell our home in September 2023. They were absolutely amazing! They came to our house and immediately gave us recommendations on what to do and not do to prepare our home to sell. They even helped us stage it! I had 2 rooms in my house that I never liked because I couldn't figure out how to set them up and decorate. Both Kristin and Quinton made those rooms look so good I was sad I had to sell. Gordon did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our condo. Quinton is a great realtor and would highly recommend him! He is very knowledgeable about Nocatee and the wider St Johns County area in Northern FL. He is extremely responsive, and made himself available whenever we needed. He helped us through some tough negotiations, which was very much appreciated. We used a VA loan, and Quinton has lots of experience with the VA loan process. He really cares about his clients and wants to make sure they are happy. It was a pleasure working with Quinton - we are very satisfied buyers!
