I recently rented a trailer from TBI Rentals and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Ben was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through everything I needed to know. The trailer was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go when I arrived. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprise fees.What really stood out was their customer service — they genuinely care about making sure you have a safe and successful haul. I have my own trailer rental company and live in the same small town of Magnolia as Ben. We have worked several times together to best serve our small town community. I’ll definitely be coming back next time if my trailers are rented out. Less
