Started attending Point Blank after returning to my feet after injury. When I first started attending I could barely walk without a hobble, after attending for over 18 months I have re-developed strength and fitness surpassing anything I've had for many years.
Notable mention to coach Lauren for her ability to encourage, challenge and push where needed but also the willingness to substitute exercises where needed to suit not only physical ability but support rehabilitation.
