Top notch! Started attending Point Blank after returning to my feet after injury. When I first started attending I could barely walk without a hobble, after attending for over 18 months I have re-developed strength and fitness surpassing anything I've had for many years. Notable mention to coach Lauren for her ability to encourage, challenge and push where needed but also the willingness to substitute exercises where needed to suit not only physical ability but support rehabilitation. If you are thinking about trying to be even 1% better, give PBF a shout you might just suprise yourself!

Point Blank is a fabulous gym! It is very welcoming with the same sense of atmosphere. Not only welcoming to myself but also my children, making it easier to get in the work outs. I started at Point Blank about 6 months ago and in that short time my fitness has grown immensely. You will absolutely learn something new with Jake’s knowledge in stretching and breath exercises for improved performance, not to mention his expertise in boxing techniques! I’ve struggled with ‘gym anxiety’ for years which has caused me great grief when trying to commit to my health!! Jake has created a fun, non-judgmental community where anyone can feel safe and supported! Jake seems to understand everyone is on their own fitness journey for their unique reasons, and he is always there when you need.
