Horror digital perm alive. Hair number one performed the worst nightmare. I came in with long silky hair hopping to boost the curl asking the digital perm. Walked away with charted hay texture hair which they chopped majority of all dead hair not by my choice. Hair number one does not have the proper equipment and knowledge to provide service. I wish they understand their own limitations and reframe from hurting client. One star is given because they were apologetic. Unfortunately, this level of damage is beyond imagination. I am heartbroken. Stay away if you care about your appearance.

Wonderful cut experience, prices were crazy good and you can really feel the experience and skill during conversation and advising while cutting. Very honest and realistic and provided fantastic results. Coming back here again!!!!!!
