Absolutely amazing experience. We were initially reluctant to engage a buyers agent for our property search, however, we have had no regrets at all. After endlessly looking for 3-4 months, Jase and the team found, secured and negotiated our new property within 4 weeks.Do not under estimate the time saved in letting them do the searching and initial inspections as well as the access to far more unlisted/off market opportunites comared to our own searches.In addition, we feel that the fee was essentially partially, if not fully negated by their negotiation experience compared to us buying and negotiating ourselves.In addition to all this, Jase and the whole team there are amazing to work with, professional, friendly and consistently go above and beyond. This does not even stop after purchase/unconditional. They have continued to support us and advise us right up until the day of settlement and are an invaluable resource.If you are struggling to find somewhere, I would highly recommend these guys. We went from tired/fed-up and hating the search to turning it into a pleasant experience again after engaging these guys.
