Efficient and friendly service

We received emergency plumbing service for a terrible leak that started in our primary bathroom. The leak spreaded throughout several places in our home. Jose was very proactive in resolving the problem with the plumbing issue. He was very professional and has great knowledge of his profession. My home warranty sent my request for service to Expert Cooling and Heating and they literally called me within 3 minutes of the request to set up an appt, and are getting a tech out within 3 hours, I could cry! Our house is 86 degrees and climbing so I literally could not be more grateful. We’ve also had them out to snake our main drain and they were awesome for that job too. The service experience was very positive. The technician was prompt, polite, professional, and completed the job properly by replacing the garbage disposal. This service was handled through American Home Shield Insurance.That said, I am disappointed with the disposal unit itself because it is quite loud and appears to be a lower quality model. I hope it lasts a long time, although I would have preferred a quieter and better quality option.
