This is the company to go to if you're a small business owner. No bank wanted to help us refinance. Not to mention the few I spoke with, such as Nusenda (the bank I was with for a whole 20 years), Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Rocket Mortgage all denied us– telling me that I didn't "qualify" for re-financing.Luckily, we were recommended by a friend to call up TrueLendingNM and spoke with Chris and his partner, Ash. Not only did they get us qualified, they went about it very swiftly and with nothing but professionalism. My husband and I have been through quite a few home sales- as buyers and sellers- and this was by far the worst experience I ever could have imagined. As sellers, we had to contact the lender directly after we were told by the title company there was no way we were closing on time the day before closing since the lender never got the documents to them. Come to find out, he was out of town. After asking Chris multiple times what happened- he kept blowing me off. I had to tell him that after the THIRD contract extension that his inability to get the documents to title was going to cost his clients our home. He was very condescending - kept telling me that his clients didn’t even need a loan and that they could afford our house cash: things that were none of my business and unnecessary when I was just asking for a closing date. The irony is that we were initially asked if we wanted to close early- but BARELY closed 3 days late-and didn’t fund until 6 days late. I’m not sure what happened, but the ball was dropped and it caused a ton of problems since we had all scheduled utilities etc to be transferred on our original closing date. Both buyers and us had to cancel vacations that were pre-planned. My husband does home loans for clients occasionally and couldn’t figure out why this would ever happen.I would never recommend anyone to use this lender. Search elsewhere.

Chris Napier really understands the intricacies of the lending world. He is also very good of thinking outside the box. He has helped with multiple clients I have sent him as well as all my own personal residential real state loans. Very good at what he does
