Firstly the food plan, was surprised that I could eat most of the food that I liked, pasta potatoes rice, which I normally kept away from, the whole carbs debate, never really know whats good and what's not. Was a little bummed that cheese was off the menu, sorry cottage cheese does not count in my opinion 🫣. However trusted the process and went with it. Secondly the exercises: I stuck to 4 sessions during the evening, classes are varied with a good bunch of people, all friendly and approachable. Love the boxing, adrenaline pumping which really got me hooked. Good thing is the classes are different each week so kept me motivated. Thirdly Russ: He says it as it is, he helps u throughout the process, picks u up when you're down. You can message him anytime of the day and he will respond straight away. Sometimes u just need that someone to be there and for a pick me up and keep u in check. Glad I took the plunge, nearly 5kg done, but feel so good mentally, more energy and confidence. Less

Their commitment to helping each participant reach their personal goals is evident in how they tailor exercises to suit various fitness levels while still pushing us to do our best. App based queries, communication, chat groups, tracking of diet, water consumption, activities etc., is bit overwhelming, personally. The community aspect of the bootcamp is truly special. Personally, I feel they push me to the right extent but not where I feel like I really cannot continue. Every Body Fitness is true to its name in that EVERYBODY can attend and do these sessions, if there is a move you can't do an alternative move that you CAN do will be shown. have recently joined every body Bootcamp. It has been highly enjoyable, beneficial and genuinely one one of the decisions I made for my physical and mental health. I have a new found motivation and not only are the trainers super helpful and positive thinking but so are the members. There is no shame or rushed support. It's all done to your own schedule and ability. The trainers are very friendly and very professional. They are always ready to help and give me the right advice to progress. Not an intimidating course but a supportive and empathetic one. Its actually for everyone. After I joined, and the advise Russ have provided have meant I am sticking to my diet plan and exercise goals. My fitness and energy level increased rapidly within a short period. I came across Every Body Bootcamp just by chance one evening and couldn't believe luck! I've tried a gym with classes but I just wasted my money and didn't go. The amazing thing about EBB is that there's someone there.... who will support you with any questions you have, meal and diet support, make sure you're making the most of the support. I love how everyone in each session is at different levels of fitness and you do it at your own pace with instructors helping you in a kind but supportive way so you push yourself every time. Every session has a great atmosphere, people are ALL so supportive, and want to stay fit and healthy and whonate similar age group. That helps so much! I thought I'd only be able to attend the 2 weekend sessions because I work late and long hours but advised to attend more. I did and attend 2 sessions in the week. I just made it work because my health is important and my work still gets done! I'm getting fit again, loosing weight, feeling trimmer, eating better, have more energy, and started a boxercise session at work led by P.E teachers, so it's win win for everyone. I completed the reboot 6 week program recently and was amazed at the results. There are plenty of exercise sessions throughout the week and no session is the same, which keeps it interesting and challenging. It doesn’t matter what stage or level you are at on your fitness journey as the set up allows you to challenge yourself at your own pace. The group is friendly and welcoming. However, it was the focus on the food side of things which benefited me the most. I’ve worked out before, pushing myself hard but without much focus on what was going in to my body. I managed to make the same gains in re-boot program that had previously taken me well over 2 years, losing almost a stone in weight and feeling great! Sure I had tried to improve what I was eating before but without the set up of Every Body Bootcamp and discipline of weekly check ins, as well as the guidance from coach Russ, past measures had slipped more often than not. What I have found is that I didn’t have to kill myself exercising if I just ate better. In fact, eating better helps me exercise better, which I am hoping means I will be able to sustain it long term. Might sound obvious but I’ve not been able to do that until joining Every Body Bootcamp. Coach Russ is a great and humble guy who has set up an amazing program. I took up this challenge, because, if this doesn't work, nothing will!! Well to my surprise, 1st week, I followed the meal plan and 3 sessions in class, which I have to say, WAS a challenge, because my body hasn't been put through a workout, as it was in these sessions. A week later I was asked to Check-In (accountability) and weigh myself, take measurements of my body, photos at this stage and report the meals I'd consumed for the week, to my surprise I'd lost 4lbs, Super excited 💃💥. The weeks that have followed, I have lost weight every week whether it was 1 or 2lbs, the total lost to date after 6wks is 11lbs, it has also helped me to recognise what foods don't agree with. I still have a bit of way to go, but I can truly say, the support from the Coaches Russ, Renu & Nisha, the group, strangers who are like friends now, have given me the encouragement with EBB. I have recently come across this group and following a consultation with the coach I have signed up immediately. Although I am an active person and I love exercise and all kinds of challenges, I lack motivation. I like here, though I am an individual, I am also part of a team, the people are lovely, encouraging and make me feel comfortable. Another great thing about the bootcamp is that someone is keeping an eye on my workouts and progress which I personally find motivating. I follow a meal plan and turn up to classes that are different every time. It is a 45mins of intense cardio workouts, so definitely not easy, but losing weight never is. They are fun, creative and I feel good at the end of it. The group gets together every so often for charity events, social drinks and sport challenges. I have only joined a week ago and lost 2kg (over 4 pounds). I would personally recommend this bootcamp to anyone who is a bit stuck in their old ways for whatever reason or is a bit shy or intimidated by gyms and to anyone who either wants to lose weight or get healthy. Having support – someone to talk to about how hard it is and where the barriers are – is crucial when taking your first steps towards a completely different way of living. Having support from someone who is so knowledgeable, friendly, open and understanding is invaluable. Russ and Simone explained things in a way I could relate to and set goals I could achieve, so little by little they helped me change long-established habits. They encouraged me when I was not doing too well and taught me to reward myself for my achievements, however small, instead of beating myself for my failures. This way of positive thinking together with group workout and countless tips have made a lot of difference in my approach to eating better, working-out,, behaving healthily and being very aware of my actions and thoughts – and this awareness, I learnt, is half the battle. In 6 weeks I have lost more weight than I thought was possible, I have lost 3.5% body fat and 4 inches around my waist and thighs. I have more energy and absolutely love our workout which are always fun, I leave feeling more energised and up beat. I cant tell you how much my life has changed in 6 weeks, although am not were I want to be am headed that way and with Simone and Russ on my side I am going to reach my goal. I would wholeheartedly recommend Fox Essex, without reservation because Beyond the call of duty…is definitely a phrase suited to Simone, Russ and all the coaches at fox Essex. Last weekend of the 6 week challenge. It's been fanbloomingtastic! Loved the boxing and outdoor exercising... and I can do push ups again! Lots of encouragement and support from the coaches and the rest of the group.It's got me back on track and looking after myself again. Lots of guidance and great ideas on diet as well as exercise. Discovered outdoor excercising with the help of the coaches here. Just phenomenal team.
Love it, but yesterday did we work so quickly we finished early? I might regret this!
