I was looking to purchase a nifty lyfty 64. he had one advertised on Facebook for rent. Ben answered my questions and got me a quote the same day. He got me a quote on it shipping straight to me. I had it at my shop 4 days latter. He walked thru setup and operation on the phone. Real down to earth guy. He must be an owner operator cuz he's always one that answers when I call. He's not a salesman. I will use them when I replace this machine in a few years.
