5+ stars!Andrew came highly recommended and now we know why. He came out promptly to do a quote for several projects a few weeks ago. My husband and I were initially very impressed with his professionalism and overall knowledge that comes with being a certified arborist.He made a trip with Kellen, another very nice man on his crew, this morning to replant what turned out to be very root bound Japanese maple from an outgrown pot to our side yard as part one of the larger projects.The yard was prepped and careful attention paid to the sprinkler line, correct placement of our maple, and everything was nicely cleaned up after the job.We are very grateful to Andrew with the extra time taken and care shown to gently loosen the roots from all sides, top, and bottom to give our maple the absolute best chance of growing and thriving in that location.I made a mistake when telling Andrew which way the maple should face after he and Kellen had started to fill in the soil. Andrew took this in stride and even made a comment that the soil would be better mixed after redoing the work. Again, extremely professional, kind, and generous when it came to my error that caused them more time to fix.In addition, forethought was even given to the specific type of aged and slightly burned mulch, Douglas fir in this case, that was already in the process of decomposing to further enrich the soil around our maple.Pruning, watering, and instructions were provided to care for our newly planted beauty.Thank you Andrew and Kellen! Hungry Beaver Tree Service is an extremely reputable company run and they do outstanding work. They have helped me with trees on my property and shared so much knowledge regarding their craft that I did not know that gave me insight into how to best care for the trees around us and therefore protect ourselves and our property. Amazing Job, they did exactly what they said and went according to plan. Super perfectional, on time and went right to work. I have referred them to at least 5 friends and/or family.
